How to Get Custom Team Apparel Ready Before the Season Starts
Every season it's the same scramble: someone remembers the team needs shirts the week before the first game. A little planning makes it painless — here's the timeline we recommend.
3–4 weeks out: lock the roster and sizes
Collect every player's size early. A shared sheet works great. This is the step that delays most orders, so get it moving first.
2–3 weeks out: finalize the design
Send us your logo, colors, and numbers. We'll tell you straight whether your art is print-ready and recommend screen printing for jerseys and tees, or embroidery for hats and coaches' polos.
1–2 weeks out: production
This is when it's on the press or the machine. You'll get live text updates as your order moves through the shop, so you always know it's on track for game day.
In a crunch?
We get it — sometimes the date sneaks up. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly if we can hit it, rush options included. Earlier is always cheaper and safer, but we're built to come through when it's tight.
