Embroidery machine stitching blue and gold thread into a navy cap Specialty threads Stitched, not printed Caps, polos & flats

Embroidery stitches your logo right into the fabric with thread, for a finish that reads premium and lasts for years — it never cracks, peels, or fades. It's the go-to for company uniforms, headwear, and anything where a polished, professional look matters.

We digitize your logo for the machine, match thread colors, and run it in-house on flats and hats alike. Whether it's a dozen polos for the office or a batch of branded caps for a team, we'll get the stitch count dialed and the order out on time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for embroidery?

We take embroidery orders from a single piece. There is a one-time digitising charge to convert your artwork into a stitch file, and after that the design is on file for any future order at no extra setup.

What is digitising and why is there a charge?

Digitising converts your logo into a stitch file — the path, direction, and density every needle follows. It is skilled work done once per design, and it is what separates embroidery that looks sharp from embroidery that puckers. Once done, the file is yours for every reorder.

How much detail can embroidery hold?

Less than print, and that is a feature rather than a flaw. Thread has physical width, so very fine lines and small text below about a quarter inch lose definition. We will tell you before stitching if a design needs simplifying, and suggest how.

What garments can you embroider?

Polos, button-downs, jackets, hats, beanies, bags, and most structured garments. Embroidery is the standard for corporate and staff apparel because it reads as more permanent and more premium than a print.

How long does an embroidery order take?

Roughly one to two weeks including digitising on a first order. Reorders of an existing design run faster because the stitch file already exists.

Is embroidery more expensive than printing?

Per piece, usually yes — it is priced on stitch count rather than ink, so a dense logo costs more than a simple one. It also lasts longer and looks more substantial, which is why it is the default for uniforms and company apparel.
