Embroidery or Screen Print for Company Apparel?
Branded apparel makes a team look established — but should your logo be stitched or printed? Both are great; it depends on the garment and the look you want.
Choose embroidery for a premium finish
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread. It reads high-end, never cracks or fades, and it's the standard for polos, caps, beanies, and jackets — anything client-facing or meant to last. There's a one-time digitizing step to convert your logo for the machine, and reorders skip it.
Choose screen printing for tees and volume
Screen printing lays bold, vivid ink on the garment and is the better value for soft tees, hoodies, and larger quantities. It's the right call for event shirts, warehouse crews, and big staff orders where price-per-piece matters.
A common mix
Lots of businesses do both: embroidered polos for the front desk and the field, screen-printed tees for events and giveaways. Tell us your garments and your budget and we'll put together the right combination — and keep you posted with live updates until it's ready to pick up.
